Hunter Real Estate, in partnership with PARADIGM Real Estate Corporation and Coakley Brothers & Brothers Interiors (Design, Furniture, Construction, Installation, Moving), recently had the pleasure of hosting a remarkable group of professionals for an inspiring afternoon in Racine.
The day began with a private tour of the SC Johnson Administration Building, a 1939 Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece that remains one of the most celebrated office buildings in the world. As Wright famously said, “This building was designed to be as inspiring a place to work as any cathedral ever was to worship in.” It certainly delivered on that vision.

After the tour, we headed to the Twin Disc facility at 1328 Racine Street for appetizers, drinks, and live music—alongside a deeper dive into the company’s storied history and the unique opportunity to lease or purchase this impressive 182,000 SF industrial headquarters.
